card. Broad programming compatibility allows the 2000 to be substituted for the
Fluke 8840/42 or the Keithley 196/199 without rewriting software, while new
code developed in accordance with SCPI or IVI standards allows smooth migration
to Keithley's 2001 or 2002 DMMs.Technical innovations allow the Model 2000 to provide high performance
economically.
